Day four, into the night...

So, while everyone went cliff jumping today I made some of my famous guacamole and served it in a shelled out watermelon rind for everyone to snack on while were here. I saw something like it once in a magazine.
Everybody went nuts for the stuff!
It was gone in a matter of hours, the whole watermelon full of guacamole!
Emerson said he's never seen anything like it and was so wide eyed with amasement! So, at least I know if I'm good at nothing else I can make a mean guacamole! Tom says I'm hired if I want to start Lauren's Tortilla y Guacamole stand out front of the casino. I guess if this whole Interior Design thing doesn't pan out, don't worry mom, I have a back up plan!

After all that guac excitement we sat out on the front deck drinking cervezas while Tom grilled up some muy excellente carne tacos on the grill with melted mozerella and the last remains of the guac. We ended up getting a wild hair and decided to go out to El Dragon!

El Dragon is definitely the beach comber of Punta Hermosa!!! It reminds me of the Firehouse with a Canes vibe...

I wasn't sure what it would be like and after all day of snapshots I left my camera at home and am kicking myself still for it! The coolest band was playing and it was Peru's National Pisco Sour Day, their famous Peruvian drink! We had the funnest night! I guess some things are just meant to be captured upstairs, but to give you all an idea of how cool this band is I have a clip of them from youtube...

they had amazing performers with full authentic Incan outfits and musicians playing all sorts of instruments I'd never seen before...

They reminded me of Sublime....
